Akamaro k’ indimu (citron)

Ivura ikizungera, guta umutwe, igifu, rubagimpande, ikura imyuka mu mara no mu gifu, ivura impiswi, itera umutima gukora neza, ivura imitsi (artériosclérose), ikavura igituntu, kanseri, macinya, kolera, rubagimpande ikavurwa n’umutobe wayo cyane. Indimu ivura urusobe rw’indwara ziterwa no kubura vitamini C mu mubiri (scorbut), imitsi ikanyaraye.

 Kuri rubagimpande, fata indimu, uyikekemo utuziga duto duto, gukuramo imbuto, guteka ku muriro muke. Indimu 2 mu gice cya litiro y’amazi, ugashyiramo ubuki, ukajya unywaho ugiye kuryama, igice cya litiro (½), iminsi 2 ikurikiranye. Nuzirangiza ufate indimu 3 mu mazi y’igice cya litiro, uzikoreshe iminsi 3 ugiye kuryama, nyuma indimu 4 mu minsi 4, nyuma indimu 5 mu minsi 5, nyuma indimu 6 mu minsi 6, hanyuma indimu 7 mu minsi 7, kugeza ku minsi 8 ukoresha indimu 8, bitewe n’uko iba yarakuzahaje.

 Ku ndwara y’impiswi, ni ugukeka indimu, utuziga n’ubundi, ugateka mu mazi angana n’ikirahuri, kubirekera hamwe iminota 10, kuvangamo ubuki, kunywa icyo kirahuri, kabiri ku munsi.

 Ku nkorora: Wotse indimu mu ziko, gushyiramo ubuki ibiyiko 2. Gukoroga neza ukanywa umira duke duke kugeza ubwo umara uwo muti. Ni ukuwukoresha nijoro, ni bwo buryo bwiza bwo kuvura inkorora.

 Kuri grippe, ni ugukoresha ikiyiko cy’umutobe w’indimu mu kirahuri kinini cy’amazi ashyushye. Kunywa igice  cy’ikirahuri (½ verre) ugiye kuryama.

 Ku ndutsi z’abana, ni uguteka mante, gufataho akayiko gato k’ifu (niba ari ifu yayo) ukavangamo ibitonyanga 20 by’indimu, ukabitogotesha mu mazi y’igice cy’icupa. Kunywa akayiko gato, ukamuha agiye konka, ukajya usuka ku ibere buhoro buhoro.

 Ku ndwara z’amaso, ni uguteka amazi iminota 5, kuvangamo umutobe w’indimu 1 warangiza ugakaraba ayo mazi mu maso. Undi muti w’amaso ni ugusekura imboga za epinari, gushyiramo amazi ugakamura. Kunywa igice (½) cy’ikirahuri, kabiri ku munsi. Ibyo bivura amaso y’uburyo bwose : atukura, atareba neza, arimo udusebe, asharira, aryana, …

 Amazi arimo umutobe w’indimu iyo uyogesheje mu kanwa, bivura ibibazo byose byo mu menyo, mu kanwa, amaraso ava mu menyo, ibinyigishi n’udusebe two mu kanwa.

 Ku isepfu, ni ibitonyanga bike by’indimu ukabishyira mu buki cyangwa ikinyagu, ukajundika, isepfu iragenda. Cyangwa se ikiyiko kimwe cy’umutobe w’indimu, ukavanga n’ubuki, bihita bishira, byananirana umurwayi akanywa.
